Registration is per vehicle, per event weekend. Each paid registration includes additional drivers/riders (must be ECTA members) and (2) crew member entries. Event entries are capped at 150 vehicles and a waiting list will open once the cap is reached. Each vehicle must have a unique vehicle number and a logbook (if competing for a land speed class record). Request New Number
Instructions: If you are a new user, create an account. For returning users, your username is your email. If you have since changed your email address, create a new account. For all users: from the "Events Calendar" tab, click "register" next to the event. As a non/inactive member you will be directed to "select membership". Add the membership to the cart and close the window. The shopping cart icon is in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You are now ready to check out! If you want to register for the event in the same session, go back to the "Events Calendar" tab and click "register' again to complete the process and check out.

Refund Policy: If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, each participant will receive a $100 credit toward the next meet. If the last meet of the season is cancelled, then the credit will apply to the first meet of the next season. In the event a participant needs to withdraw and (10) days advance notice is given, the entry fee will be credited toward a subsequent event during the season. The entry will be forfeited if 1) it is not used during that season or 2) it is the last event of the season. Carryover to the next year will not be permitted.
